What this website does not do
The website has no forms, newsletter or user accounts. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not set cookies.
What your browser remembers
If you change the text size with the “A A A” buttons, your browser stores this choice on your device (local storage). It is not sent to us. You can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser.
Servers, photos and recordings
The website runs on Cloudflare servers. Each visit sends the technical data every browser sends (IP address, time, address of the page, browser type). This is used only to run and secure the website.
Photos, recordings and videos shown on the website are loaded from Sanity (sanity.io), which we use to store the website's content. When they load, your browser connects to these servers and passes them the same technical data.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing the website and keeping it secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
YouTube videos and links to other services
YouTube videos load only after you click them, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). From then on, Google's privacy policy applies.
The website links to other services, including Facebook, Google Maps, eBilet and WhatsApp. Once you go there, their own privacy policies apply.
Phone bookings and e-mail
When you book an evening by phone or send us an e-mail, we use the details you give us (name, phone number, e-mail address, message) only to handle the booking or reply. We keep them only as long as needed for that purpose.
Photos and recordings from events
The Foundation publishes photos and recordings from its evenings and meetings. If you appear in a photo or recording and do not want it published, write or call us and we will remove it.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, deleted or its processing restricted, and the right to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
